This includes buying, selling, leasing, subleasing, financing, investing, and sale-leaseback transactions. Foreclosure sale experience further distinguishes David from the competition. Fully half of David's business is with repeat and referral clientele. David has developed key relationships with other professionals he can call upon to serve his clients' needs. These include contractors, architects, lenders, escrow officers, title companies, appraisers, attorneys, and other specialists who understand industrial real estate issues and solutions to those issues.

Prior to joining Delphi Business Properties, Inc., David was with The McDonald Company, one of the pioneering industrial brokerage firms in Los Angeles. A number of years in residential real estate and public accounting preceded David's entry into industrial real estate brokerage. David attended California State University, Northridge, graduating with a degree in Business / Accounting. Memberships in The American Industrial Real Estate Association, the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, and ProVisors are a continuous source of new and creative ideas to assist clients in achieving their real estate goals.
